N690Co blade steel – any opinions about it?
I’ve been looking at a couple knives that have N690Co and I can’t find too much info about it after it’s actually been used for a while.
It looks like pretty good steel but more popular in Europe than over here in the U.S.
Any reason why it hasn’t caught on much in the U.S.?
Any input from those with a clue would be appreciated.
